Search finally coming to Google Reader?

Rob sent me a feed item (from his Google Reader, nonetheless!) from DownloadSquad that hints that search functionality may be coming to Google Reader.
I've whined and cried for seven months that Google Reader should have search. Now it looks like I just may get my wish.
