I can personally vouch for #3. "Taking initiative" is also Boss Code for, "Pointing out what I've done wrong" – even if that isn't the employee's intent.
I can also personally vouch for the petty lying one…we have a co-worker who LOVES to do the "Oh, I didn't get that email" or, "I didn't see the instant message window open" or…my favorite…"I didn't realize when you sent me that email giving me the go-ahead for the project, that you were giving me the go-ahead."
Back to work today. March is filled with 6 & 7 day work weeks for me. I don't mind - love my job, & it makes future vacations even sweeter! [kevindonahue]
Currently Craving: Lays Potato Chips and Easy Cheese. Don't judge me. #fb [kevindonahue]
Loving all the excitement & energy in town. It's going to be a great weekend on the island! Cmon down! #fb [kevindonahue]
Lots of garden thoughts this week. So far, tomatoes, red & yellow peppers, basil, herbs, salad greens. Maybe asparagus. Other suggestions? [kevindonahue]
