I have country ham & you don't

So I got home today after a pretty long day week to a very, very nice surprise: Kentucky country ham and home-made yeast rolls. DELICIOUS!!

It was just like when I was a little boy. Country ham biscuits were always the best part of Christmas growing up, and this surprise was totally unexpected and TOTALLY awesome!!!

    hmpppf.

    I'd'a had to have waited until today to eat it (yesterday being a Friday in Lent and all), so *we* had to sacrifice potential country ham and eat crawfish etoufee instead.

    Somehow, I don't feel all that holy from it.
