Did I sleep through Halloween?

I know everyone is focused on the annual setting of the clocks, but I think someone at Brookstone missed like… I don't know… maybe an entire month. Why? The Brookstone at Vista Ridge Mall is playing… ((wait for it))… yep, Chrismas music.

WE HAVEN'T EVEN WAITED FOR THE GREAT PUMPKIN YET, BROOKSTONE!!! MUSIC OFF NOW!!!

  1. We were at Collin Creek Mall last week, and Dillards is already decked out with their Christmas decorations. I prefer Nordstrom's philosophy – the Christmas season doesn't begin until the day after Thanksgiving – so no decorations until then!

    Bah humbug!

  2. Look, the whole seasonal shopping themes have gotten completely out of hand. With about 3 weeks until Halloween, I was at Walmart and the robotic Santa was beating a witch and a ghost over their heads with a jack-o-lantern while his elves were gobbling fistfuls of candy corn and reindeer were chasing turkeys all through a cemetery scene.

  3. I know!!! Even Target had Christmas dresses and t-shirts out. I just happen to find a few Halloween kid shirts stuffed on a endcap in the misc section! What is up with that!!!
