At least nine gaggles

If I hadn't seen it with my own eyes, I wouldn't have believed it. Tonight at least nine geese flew over the house at about 200 feet headed north. Now I've lived in Texas for nearly a dozen years, but I've never seen geese – let alone a gaggle flying low over my own house!!

I guess now that Josh and his shotguns have moved back to East Texas the geese are bypassing the Piney Woods en route to Canada.

    I've seen plenty of geese, but I've never seen them flying as low as they were tonight. You could almost touch them!
