So the power cord burnt up on the Roomba. I emailed the customer service and they're "out of power cords". Huh?! What?!
Even if that's the case (and I believe it probably is), why not just go grab a defective unit or one set to ship & part it out? That's not terribly uncommon and it's great customer service. Otherwise, I'm likely to start a Roomba Doomba watch on my blog and mention every single day how iRobot can't help me.
