Hypothetical

What if a nationally publicized author and PhD contacted me claiming trademark infringement? Wouldn't that be a hoot?

What if this person, who has a book on Amazon for about $2.55, contacted me and wanted to argue that one phrase on this page was subject to her trademark? How hard would milk shoot out my nose? Pretty hard.

Just in case you needed clarification, this is a non-commercial website. I'm not selling anything.

How someone could –hypothetically– claim that anything on this page impacts some hypothetical authors book sales is (if you'll excuse my use of a clinical term, here) coo-coo.

  1. Remember, it's all hypothetical. But, hypothetically speaking, I'd rather you buy from me, too. Unfortunately, I have neither the time nor experience to write a hypothetical book on psychology mumbo-jumbo.

  2. Great. More frivolous lawsuits clogging up the system and raising costs for the sane population. Hypothetically, someone needs to get a life (or at least get the stick out of one's ass).
