"Izzedine al Qassam, Hamas' military wing, … "
"Hamas, a Palestinian Islamic fundamentalist group, … "
"Islamic Jihad, a militant group dedicated to the creation of an Islamic Palestinian state and the destruction of Israel, … "

Is there anyone (other than CNN — source for above quotes) that doesn't think that Izzedine al Qassam, Hamas, and Islamic Jihad are terrorist groups?

It so unbelievable that these groups can engage in "military actions" against Israeli citizens (and Americans, Europeans, and Arabs) and the Israeli military on a daily basis, yet CNN refuses to characterize them as "terrorists".

This from the same news outfit (CNN) that did a mea culpa in the New York Times this year, admitting that they did not report on certain topics that would run afoul of the Iraqi government for fear of losing "access" to the Iraqi government. Presumably they haven't learned their lesson and their still using terms like "militant group" rather than terrorists to keep their "access". Bastards.

Yeah, perspective is important, but I think for most of the US audience, it just continues to show a slant with CNN.
